如何做标准电阻 DIY Standard Resistors



  • We've noticed that the price of NML calibration is very reasonable, and the uncertainty is very good. The 732B in general are not very stable references though (compare to SR104) therefore the calibration to 0.02ppm will be void in a short time.



  • For me it was more interesting to see PJVS system and talk with metrology lab at National Level. I'll probably have my special SL935 1Ohm/10kOhm calibrated next (already have 2 calibration from USA last year on it).

    F4就是聚四氟乙烯的简称,也叫特氟龙、铁氟龙,优势是耐高温、绝缘好,淘宝很多。

    这种线的芯一般有单芯和多股之分,F4外皮分成挤压的和缠绕的两类。

    我喜欢用单芯单股(d=0.6mm到0.8mm)挤压式的,其优势是不需要装U插可以直接压接,热电动势比较低,仪器内外都可以用。Fluke 752A这种早期的仪器内部都用这种线,几十年不变质看起来还跟新的一样。

    当然,我也经常在仪器内部使用单股多芯的,比较柔软,线皮耐高温,焊接的时候不退缩,尤其是绝缘性能好,用起来放心。

    还有一种常见的是多股、多芯屏蔽线、缠绕式,经常用于仪器的测试线,比如34420A的。
