  • 老大好,一只准动力锂电池的电压是3.7伏,有点低,用两只钛酸锂电池串联后可以得到4.8伏的工作电压,是不是刚刚好呢?



  • @redtony 我做这个主要是测试各种分流器和小阻值标准电阻,再就是866自测,电压3V足够了。准动力电池我手里很多,性能好价格合适,别的电池不熟悉。
    单锂按照最低3.0V输出计算,60A的情况下,线阻和接触电阻压降0.5V、MOS管压降0.7V,留给负载足足有1.8V,这对于几乎所有的分流器都够用了,包括0.8V的Fluke A40B,还有变态的高联1.5V的9230A-15-0.1

    实际上,分流器都用不了那么多的电压,多余电压都被MOS管承担,电压越高发热越严重,60A、2V就是120W,需要散热片+风扇,因此还是电压低点好。我更大的电流源(600A)是打算用单铁锂供电的,标称3.2V,最低可以2.5V。

    1. There might be an 0.15s settling time but the amplitude is small, and it is not repeat on the second pulse. It could be the settling time of the current source.

    2. The less than 60ppm p-p noise is contributed not only by the current transducer, but also from the current source and my measuring system.

    3. Don't be alarmed if there is a 0.3 second settling time or overshot, it may due to the current source or the load or the compensation network. The nature of many of our work is DC current.

    4. Even if the 200ppm drift is true, it is 3.2mA, only 5.3ppm of 600A range, quite within the specification. To make full use of the current range, make multi-turns for smaller current.



  • 最近收到一台wavetek 4600,最大输出电流11A,可输出交流电流和直流电流。
    找出以前买的RUG-Z R02 TK1,简单测试了一下。
    4600工作在单机模式下,输入电压来自732A。10A的测试结果还算不错,100点标准差可达0.6ppm。
    这还算用1271测试的,相信用3458应该能获得更好一点的结果。

    这个结果不错,如果RUG-Z加上散热片可能还会好一些。
    wavetek 4600的11A档用的什么检流电阻呢?

    不清楚用的是什么型号的检流电阻,阻值是10 mR, 看起来是定制的。图片 中间靠下的那个 就是, 固定在 金属 片上。
    螺丝 上了 胶 不方便拆开看。
    4953里面 用的看起来很像,应该是同一个检流电阻。
